The overall experience was great!
the shower floor needed a wipe down. Too much soap scum had made the floor slippery.

We had a dog barking on the 3rd floor from 930pm til 1130pm and when I called the front desk they were unable to contact the person in that room, we were in 306 and the barking was at the other end of the hallway.

The location and the beautiful comfortable rooms.
The shower whistled the whole time we were in the shower. I did let the front desk know.

The website indicated that the Fairfield had a hot tub. This was the main reason we booked it (out all day at the snocross race). They have removed it-quite a while ago. We paid much more for this than other options for just a room.

Not very good direction to front door or lobby. We went to comfort Inn thinking that was you. Very embarrassing. Comfort in said " It happens all the time." Red flag of a serious problem.

Convenience in booking, arriving and accommodations were wonderful! If we are back in the area, we would stay there again and again.

Our room was very comfortable and clean.
Minor things, the floor in the breakfast area was sticky on Saturday and sticker on Monday morning. The computer in business area was not connected to the printer next to and staff had no solution.

The beds were comfortable. Decore needed updateing but not moldy or mildew so it did not bother my allergies.
Both rooms rented were "handicap" rooms (one for 91 year old) but the bathtub was extremely high and I fell out of ours, the 91 year old couldn't even use hers because of the highth. Room needed updating. Breakfast room was extremely dirty from baseball team of kids who used it earlier. Next day it wasn't much better. Need someone in there cleaning up constantly.

My wife and I were put on the same floor as a youth wrestling team. Took away from the comfort of getting away

The beds seemed clean, white covers.
Our room had mildew smell, for a marriot and price 150 a night big disappointment. We would have thought this type of hotel would be priced at 59 dollars a night no better than the facility appeared. We usually stay at 100-200 dollar a night places when we travel. Will stay here no more.
